How to effectively set goals!
Since the end of the year is in sight, everyone gets excited about what we will be doing ‘better’ next year, which is great! But how many new year’s resolutions are actually ‘accomplished’? Statistics show us that on average only 8% people manage to accomplish their new year resolutions.

We are all familiar with goals such as – Lose weight, Getting Organised, etc. But are we able to set goals for ourselves which are measurable? Here are a few tips:

1. Make your goals SMART
(SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely)
2. Keep them few in numbers
(What is the use of having a dozen of goals? Let us focus on 5 to 7 goals)
3. Write them down
(When you write down your goals, you are starting your intention and setting them in motion)
4. Review them frequently
(Which steps do you have to take next?)
