About Investment Ready Program (IRP)

The Investment Ready Program ‘Encouraging Future Generations’ by Allianz and Impact Hub is a unique acceleration program, tailored for purpose driven entrepreneurs aiming to foster social inclusion of children and youth in Brazil, Germany, Malaysia and Turkey. Over a duration of 6 months, 10 participating teams engage in a systematic review of their business model, strategy and team before crafting a validated growth and investment plan. At the end of the program, all participants have the chance to pitch in front of a jury for the Allianz Future Generations Award (40,000 €).

On the 18th January 2018, we officially Kicked-Off the Investment Ready Program “Encouraging Future Generations” together with our local partner Allianz and 2 selected Malaysian ventures ANB Agro trainers and The Picha Project. We also had the opportunity to hear from Joseph Gross, CEO of Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia, who shared a few words with the ventures and will be also be mentoring one of the teams over the next 6 months of the acceleration program.

Over the period of the program, the ventures will have a dedicated Investment Ready Coach and Mentors to guide them through the program and a pool of experts (specialist) from Allianz. We are super excited to be supporting the ventures as they go through this stage of the program.
